This Hitachi ZX200 rotate orange peel grab is customized according to customer requirements,and 4 fingeres design.
Description:
Hydraulic orange peel grab also called scrap grab,it’s a high efficient equipment to handle steel scrap,
iron,metal scrap,mineral,rubbish or other irregular massive material,it’s very popular in recycling company.
It's made up from follow main parts:base,finger claws,cylinders,pins,hoses,etc.and usually have 3~6pcs claws.
Fingers body and main body material is Q345B,finger tips is Hardox450.
Orange peel grab is easy for installation:
- if no rotary function,it’s do not need extra pipe line,it can be connect to the pipe line of bucket cylinders.
- if have rotary function,need two kits extra auxiliary pipe line,we can prepare for you.
Our advantages:
1. Our grab have special design,all fingers can open and closed at same time,do not out of sync.
2. Have good safe guard for hydraulic system,Main base have covers,each cylinder piston also have protection cover.
3. We can supply hydraulic steel pipes and hoses for assembling.For steel pipes,also supply welding base and pipe clamp for fixing the steel pipe.
